At SurgeBlend, we stand behind our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your SurgeBlend Portable Blender, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility Conditions
- Item must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return
Damaged or Defective Items
If your SurgeBlend arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at no cost to you.
